Those services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider. Hager does not receive or store all payment card information submitted through third-party checkout or payment-processing services.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may be presented at checkout or otherwise communicated in connection with your order. Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply-chain issues, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If no specific shipping timeframe is stated, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable period after receipt of a properly completed order. If we are unable to ship an order within the applicable timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Title and risk of loss for products pass as stated at checkout or in the applicable shipping policy. If no different rule is stated at checkout or in the applicable shipping policy, title and risk of loss pass when the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment, except to the extent a different rule is required by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are subject to our then-current return and refund policy, as posted on the website or otherwise provided in connection with your purchase. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any purchase made through the website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer protection rights that may apply, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any purchase made through the website shall be brought in the state or federal courts whose judicial district includes Catawba County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
